Screedmaster SW are specialists in the application of pump-applied, self-levelling liquid screed flooring. Our free-flowing and self-compacting screed is suitable for both residential and commercial projects, offering a versatile and efficient flooring solution. Compared to traditional methods, liquid screed is significantly less labour-intensive and can be laid at a thinner depth.
A single team can install 800-1000m2 in a day, a stark contrast to sand and cement screeds which can take up to eight times longer. Liquid screed is also self-levelling and possesses excellent thermal conductivity, making it ideal for use with underfloor heating systems. We offer screeds with varying drying times, including options that dry in just a few hours for time-critical projects.
The screed itself requires little to no maintenance for its lifetime, though appropriate preparation is needed before the installation of floor coverings. We work with clients to select the correct screed based on their project's program.
