Shaun Conway Baker Groundworks operated as a sole trader for nearly a decade before SCB Groundworks Ltd was established in 2012. From our Redruth offices, we are strategically positioned to serve Cornwall and have successfully completed numerous projects for prominent construction firms such as Kier Construction, Midas Construction, Kier Living, Gilbert & Goode, Frame Uk, Brady Construction, and Ixer Construction, alongside many private clients. We continue to collaborate with clients we have served for over 15 years.
Our expertise encompasses all facets of groundwork, including site clearance, drainage systems, road construction, foundation laying, and in-situ concrete works. We also undertake service installations, paving, and tarmac surfacing. With a dedicated team of approximately 40 employees and subcontractors, all holding CPCS/CSCS qualifications and adhering to the Construction Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, we are equipped to handle projects of any scale, from single dwellings to multi-million-pound developments.
