We are currently completing our flagship development of a 6 bedroom, Georgian style detached residence in a landmark location in Mere, and are working on 3 other bespoke, architect designed, contemporary family homes in close proximity. S3 Developments are a long-standing member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), with whom we work closely with to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the build process.
