SV Rutter Ltd are providers of highly professional and 'right first time' commercial building services in the North East. We work with commercial agents, architects, schools and universities, local authorities, social housing landlords, businesses and public/third sector organisations including the NHS, National Trust, Arriva, RNLI and Places for People. We deliver a full range of services including general building work, refurbishment & renovation, reactive maintenance, commercial new build, minor repairs & remedial work, and fire protection work. We are also one of the few companies in the North East with specialist experience of historic property restoration, such as castles, churches, and Grade I and II listed buildings.

We often undertake work as a subcontractor for larger or national building firms. SV Rutter Ltd also undertake new build residential developments as part of our own portfolio and as main contractor to our clients, working closely with our team of specialist consultants to produce outstanding living accommodation.
