Our Director, Steve, began his career over 34 years ago with the Dulux training scheme, progressing into plumbing and bathroom fitting with City & Guilds qualifications. Our expertise expanded to include carpentry, kitchen fitting, and a contract with Kier Group. Today, we specialize in full bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, and garage conversions. We have also managed the development of 85 apartments and the design and construction of a show home.

SRD offers comprehensive building and renovation services, working closely with local building control surveyors to ensure all work is certified. We have invested in extensive construction training, including Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, and First Aid. We also collaborate with Gas Safe and NICEIC-registered engineers for plumbing and electrical work. Our services cater to both homeowners and commercial clients, providing maintenance and upgrade solutions.

For landlords and letting agencies, we offer comprehensive property management and maintenance, acting as a single point of contact. Services include yearly compliance testing, tenant transition management, and interior/exterior maintenance. We currently manage various residential properties in Hertfordshire and London and oversee property maintenance for multiple letting agencies.
