Ryearch are an incredible building firm, they are immensely professional, and do an excellent job, on on time and on budget. Unlike most builders, they work with you as opposed to trying to get as much out of you as they can. Even now, seven years after our build, they respond to my emails and do their best to address any problems, five years after the expiry of all warranties. The Ryearch site and management team were adaptable to change throughout the duration of the Cann Bridge School extension project. Their pro-active 'can do' attitude and willingness to assist and overcome any unforeseen difficulties where possible contributed to the smooth running of the project. Working in a 'live' school environment it was particularly pleasing to see the positive relationships forged with staff at the school and the flexible approach of the site management team to ensure the staff were happy and the school continued to function safely and effectively whilst Ryearch were on site. The site management team showed care and attention to detail throughout and their commitment to deliver the desired product to a high quality finish ensured a great outcome for all at handover. The consistent commitment and combined efforts of the whole team resulted in the project being completed to a very high standard and handed over to the client on budget and on time.
…we have been particularly impressed with the scheme which has planning permission for approximately 28,000 square feet of which circa 10,000 square feet has been completed within two buildings and a further 6,500 square feet is currently under construction. The finishes on the buildings are of a superior quality and in all instances have been delivered within the prescribed times. Prior to the Langage Scheme we were also the appointed agents for the Alder Court development at Plympton comprising a mixed industrial and office development of circa 25,000 square feet which was again a high quality development proving popular in the market. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryearch Ltd as a contractor for further commercial developments.

Overall an excellent project which has delivered a good quality product that meets the requirements of the expanding school.
