Established in 1985, Rosemead Developments Limited is a recognised national contractor within the leisure and retail industries. We have grown from our general construction background, broadening our expertise to offer a complete range of construction, project management and fit out services to a large number of major blue chip companies. We act as Principle Contractors for new build projects, major structural alterations and extensions to existing buildings, and fit out of retail units.

We have an excellent health and safety record, utilising the services of a health and safety adviser who assists in implementing all the latest legislation. All operatives are continually engaged in training programmes to further their awareness of the importance of safety. Clients return to utilise our expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget.

We have achieved a reputation for quality, commitment and reliability. We are planned maintenance contractors to a number of national blue chip companies. The projects carried out include major construction, new builds, refurbishments and fit outs.

We are entrusted with complex construction and new concepts by our clients.
