Roseground Ltd is a multifaceted construction company that specializes in providing building solutions in-house for clients in residential, commercial fit-out, and industrial settings. They possess a strong, proven track record in developing projects from conception, managing them closely to ensure a cohesive relationship between design and implementation phases through to completion. Their primary role on projects is to act as the Main Contractor on a turnkey Design & Build basis, tailored to a client's specific requirements.

This experience allows them to cover the Principal Contractor role in connection with the Principal Designer under CDM regulations. At Roseground, they believe each project needs to be tailored to fit the client's needs, based on budget and resources, to meet exact expectations. They have recently worked closely with clients on value engineering exercises to reduce costs while ensuring results still satisfy client aims.

The vast majority of their projects come from repeat clients, which they attribute to their team's continual effort to deliver high-quality projects and maintain high levels of customer service.
