Rooftest Ltd is an independent testing and surveying consultancy established in 2007, specialising in the investigation, verification, and performance assessment of flat roofing and waterproofing systems. Working across the UK, they deliver objective, evidence-based assessments on technically demanding and high-profile projects in sectors including defence, datacentres, healthcare, infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial developments. Their role is to establish how a waterproofing system is performing, identify defects, and provide clear, defensible findings for informed decision-making.

As an independent entity, Rooftest is not a contractor, manufacturer, or installer, ensuring impartial and trusted findings for clients, insurers, designers, and installers. They specialise in non-destructive and investigative testing techniques such as electronic integrity testing (dry and wet methods), leak investigation, moisture profiling, LiDAR scanning, thermal imaging, humidity mapping, borescope inspection, smoke testing, simulated rainfall testing, dye testing, and sensor-based remote monitoring. Their work verifies workmanship, confirms repair effectiveness, and helps establish the cause of water ingress.

With experience on thousands of roofs nationwide, including complex and sensitive buildings, Rooftest is regularly appointed where conventional inspections are insufficient. They are a founding member of the Roofing and Waterproofing Test Association and operate in line with recognised industry guidance and best practice, providing technically precise yet accessible reports.
