RMF Group began life as a contractor in the construction industry, supplying to top infrastructure projects across the UK with a focus on social value. Our expanded offering now allows us to offer so much more to clients beyond the build. As an adult learning and recruitment provider, our mission is to inject social value into the process.
Creating a cycle of training into employment, we want to encourage local residents to take power back on their careers, and for employers to access a reliable, robust and socially inclusive labour supply.
