Riva Building Limited was founded by Maciej and Bartosz Szymczuk, who together bring over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. What started as a family business was a natural response to the growing demand from our clients, many of whom, over time, have become long-term partners. Today, we proudly deliver projects across the UK, while also having successfully completed a large-scale international project in Jamaica. Our approach sets us apart.

Every stage of the construction process, and often the design phase as well, is carried out under our direct supervision. We remain personally involved throughout, ensuring that each project is delivered with precision, care, and a clear focus on achieving the desired outcome. We understand that projects evolve.
