Comprehensive refurbishment of a 5,500m² single-skin warehouse suffering from significant roof and gutter ingress issues. The project involved the over-sheeting of the existing metal profile roof, incorporating upgraded insulation and replacement rooflights to improve thermal performance and natural daylight levels. A new fabricated gutter system was designed, supplied and installed complete with additional outlets and overflows to enhance rainwater management. A new roof-mounted mansafe system was also delivered to facilitate safe ongoing maintenance, alongside the replacement of vertical daylight panels to both external elevations.
