About from company website
Pure Water Pools specialises in the design, construction, and maintenance of bespoke swimming pools, with a particular focus on chemical-free natural pools. They offer several distinct pool types, including Swimming Ponds, Living Pools (chemical-free conventional pools), and Hybrid Pools, which combine natural filtration with plant integration. The company also provides services for pool conversions, transforming existing traditional pools into naturalistic water features.
Their process involves an initial site visit, design consultation with sketches, and detailed engineering to provide a precise quote. The build phase typically takes around eight weeks and includes groundwork, pool construction, lining, pipework installation, BIOTOP system setup, and planting of native species. Beyond new builds, Pure Water Pools offers servicing and maintenance, including annual specialist visits for plant care, cleaning, and pump/filter servicing, as well as weekly skimmer emptying.
They are an official partner of BIOTOP, a system for natural water purification, and also offer related products like AI-powered pool robots and shade sails. Their commitment extends to ensuring pools are aesthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly, and attract wildlife, seamlessly blending with the surrounding garden landscape.
