Renovation of a house before moving in, including rewiring & replastering the whole house, painting & converting the separate kitchen and dining room into one space, installing a stud wall to create a separate lounge and installing a new bathroom. Work was completed to schedule.

Phase 1: install a large window into hallway, remodel kitchen basement area by removing main back wall and installing large sliding glass door, included new lighting, remodelling chimney breast and tiling it. Phase 2: stripping out old utility and shower room, creating new shower room with underfloor heating, tiling, plumbing, new lighting etc. Blocking off and turning back door corridor into new utility space. Creating a shed outside by utilising old backdoor porch area.
