Founded in 1988, Premier Decorators is a second-generation family company with a long-standing, dedicated workforce. Premier Decorators cover the whole of Scotland and Northern England, and will undertake contracts further afield depending on their size and nature. Their operatives hold current IPAF and PASMA cards and receive regular training in asbestos awareness and First Aid, while management hold Nebosh, SMSTS, and CSCS cards. Their Contracts Manager, Walter Smyth, has twice received the SDF Contracts Manager of the Year Award for his work on the Mackintosh Building at Glasgow School of Art and the former Langs Hotel in Glasgow.

This includes time-served painters and decorators, quality paper hangers with extensive experience, and trained operatives for specialist spray-applied products. They also offer bolt-on services such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, joinery, and flooring, and provide programmed maintenance painting plans to ensure surfaces are serviced and repainted at yearly intervals, potentially saving on repair and decoration costs.
