Our story began in South Africa, where co-founder Kim Poole grew up surrounded by construction.

After qualifying in Construction Management, he gained hands-on experience as a Site Manager before starting his own building and manufacturing business with his brother. When Kim later moved to the United Kingdom, he brought that experience into residential renovations, refurbishments and bespoke home projects, building a reputation for precision, reliability and care. Today, Kim works alongside his son, continuing the same family-led approach that defines Poole Construction Group.
