PF Ltd is a locally run family business based in Cranleigh, specialising in water feature installation, swimming ponds, pond maintenance, decommissions and all aspects of garden landscaping. The company was established by its Director, Nick Ward, who has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of water features, ponds, lakes and natural swimming ponds, having previously worked for a large company in this field. Nick has collaborated with garden designers, landscape contractors and private clients on bespoke services for water and landscaping projects across the South of England and Europe.

As the business grew, Nick's partner, Samantha, joined full-time, bringing extensive administration, IT and communication skills to enhance customer care and support. In January 2026, PF Ltd achieved the Which? Trusted Trader professional assessment standard, demonstrating a commitment to the Which?

Trusted Trader Code of Conduct. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including consultations, hard and soft landscaping, design and installation of water features, ponds, and lakes, and ongoing maintenance and aftercare. They also partner with the in-lite outdoor lighting brand to enhance outdoor spaces with energy-efficient, low-voltage lighting systems.
