Phillip Davies Construction Ltd was formed in 2003 and is a family-owned and run company with over 30 years of combined management experience in the Groundworks, Civil Engineering, and Concrete Industries. Our primary goal is to deliver a quality service, ensuring all contracts are completed safely, on time, and within budget. While based in Mid Wales, we have the capability to undertake projects nationally.

We own and operate our own extensive fleet of machinery, including excavators from 2 to 20 tons, various dumpers, and rollers, allowing us to remain competitive across projects of all sizes, from single private dwellings to large commercial developments. This self-sufficiency extends to a vast range of concrete formwork, laying, and finishing equipment, enabling us to maintain high standards and offer cost-effective solutions through value engineering and design. Our experienced and fully trained teams undertake a comprehensive range of Civil Engineering and Groundworks contracts.

This includes bulk excavation, earthworks, roads and sewers, foundations, interceptor and storage tanks, external paving, concrete works, kerbing, drainage, ducting, and gabion baskets. We also specialize in various concrete works, such as foundations, pile caps, reinforced ground beams, floor slabs, retaining walls, basement walls, water-retaining structures, outfalls, and culverts. We are committed to safety, with site managers holding SMSTS qualifications, supervisors holding SSSTS, and all operatives being CSCS registered.

Plant operators are CPCS registered, and many operatives hold additional certifications in First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, and confined space working.
