PGD, the door set manufacturing division of Pantera Group, was established in 2023 to provide precision-engineered, pre-hung timber door sets to the residential construction sector. Operating from our facility in Northfleet, we manufacture internal timber door sets for Tier 1 contractors and developers, including Berkeley Group, Mount Anvil, and Canary Wharf Contractors. Every door set is assembled to exacting standards, delivered pre-hung and ready for efficient site installation.

Our manufacturing facility produces over 1,000 door sets per month for residential developments across London and the South East. Using precision machinery and skilled assembly teams, we ensure every door set meets our exacting quality standards before leaving our facility. We also manufacture fire door assemblies under licence from Vicaima, meeting Building Regulations and fire safety legislation, and supply front entrance door solutions, skirtings, and architraves.

We offer a range of door face options including primed, laminated, veneered, and fully finished. All door sets can be supplied with specified ironmongery pre-fitted. Our services extend to design consultation, project management, door scheduling, supply, storage, logistics, and through Pantera Carpentry, complete installation services.
