Bangor
Performance Civils were the groundworks contractor part of £14m revamp of the emergency department in Bangor hospital A&E. Works involved extensive road layout changes, foundation and pad work for the new emergency services entrance. The installation of new signage and telecom services.
HOPE HOSPICE OSWESTRY
Oswestry
The work at Hope House Hospice was to create a new entrance area for the installation of the canopy. This involved the clearance of the roundabout, the removal of a part of two dwarf brick walls and their reinstatement, new foundations and pads which would hold the new canopy posts. We also had to re-directing a surface water drain, and install new soakaways. We finished off by reinstating the hard and soft landscaping to complete the new entrance.
STUDENT ROOST CAPITAL GATE LIVERPOOL

This was a small project that involved updating the existing siphonic rainwater system and both above and below ground drainage accommodate the additional flow. Work here had to take place throughout the night due to the building being a live renovation. We had to adapt the current drainage system and install an additional drainage, core drilling into existing manholes. Vac excavations were used due to the proximity of the man holes to the building and the limited access for plant.

Liverpool Women's hospital was an extension if the antenatal area, we were awarded the full groundworks package this involved deep drainage attenuation tank, changes of road layouts etc.
