The new $65 million Franklin, Kentucky facility produces aluminum ingot slabs for Matalco, a large independent secondary aluminum billet producer. The plants burners within the furnace can process 52,000 lbs. of cold scrap aluminum per hour, equivalent to consuming nearly ten Chevy Tahoe SUVs every hour. PENETRON ADMIX SB was used to protect the press pits from high groundwater levels at the site. Over 2,500 yds3 of concrete were treated.

Medway Populatic Water Treatment Plant

The town mandated the design and construction of a new centralized drinking water treatment plant at Populatic Street for all four wells to ensure a sufficient drinking water supply with acceptable levels of iron and manganese for the growing community. Penetron recommended PENETRON ADMIX SB, a crystalline waterproofing admixture, to Dauphinais Concrete, the ready-mix concrete supplier, for the walls and foundation slab of the treatment and holding tanks to maximize the service life of the new facility.

Located on a prime spot in Playa Brava (Santiago Polanco 2075), Iquique's upscale beach district, the lobby doors of the Paradise Playa Brava are just meters from the waves of the Pacific Ocean. Housed in two towers, with 27 and 32 floors, the approximate 500 luxury units are available as 1-2-bedroom (32-52 m2 / 352-572 ft2) apartments.
