Hampton Court

Hampton Court Palace Magic garden. Imprinted concrete works for Historic Royal palaces. Autumn 2015. We installed a concrete dragon, a double cave stone effect grotto, dry river bed and a set of steps along with various stone repairs to the palace masonary. The Dragon base design was 25 metres long and up to 1.8 metres in height. Filcore 20 was used for the core Re bar and EML were also used and a 50mm render applied .Deep red PICS Colour surface hardener was trowelled into the top coat and scales were imprinted using a set of mats we made specifically for this project. Wings underside of legs and bell incorporated PICS Wallcrete surfaces . The concrete riverbed was imprinted to compliment the Irish rockwork and a blend of 3 shades of grey PICS colour surface hardeners were used to finish the water channels. We returned in 2017 to put a scale effect concrete overlay on the fountain area. This project won 1st place in the PICS golden trowel competition in 2016.

Legoland

The new haunted house ride building. Works completed for GHL. Green thru coloured scarified Wallcrete with Avon stone CSH recessed brick details and silver grey CSH Quoin details to corners . Gate pillars were Grey thru coloured scarified Wallcrete with hand cut joints and black wallcrete capstones. Access was via cherry picker and scissor lift.

Cleaveland Bridge

Cleaveland bridge, Cerney Wick, Gloucestershire. PICS Wallcrete brick effect finish. Part of the strengthening works for Gloucester council . In collaboration with Walsh civil engineering and Gunform International. A large project of over 1000 square metres finished inside the time scheduled for works.The bridge was steel reinforced and sprayed with a concrete shell. We then applied a thru coloured hand carved Wallcrete brick effect with waterproofed sand finished concrete plinths.
