Trinity Court
Required the full breadth of PAC's expertise, including air conditioning, ventilation, a BMS system, and full domestic services including new sanitary ware across 3 floors. Scope included installation of seven R2 Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems and a new run around coil to the AHU.

Air conditioning
Scope included installation of 4 no R2 Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems. All ducted AC systems were 'on show' with no ceiling installed, requiring the highest standard of installation. Units were ducted with thermo-adjustable grilles. System successfully installed and commissioned for an extended 7-year warranty.
Ventilation
Installation of a gas fired Dalair AHU and associated ducting. AHU supplied in sections and constructed on site due to hoist limitations. System designed in-house for occupancy of circa 550 people, with all ductwork exposed. AHU located in an internal plant room with acoustics as a key design brief. Local extract systems installed to WC's, catering kitchen and tea points. All systems commissioned successfully.
BMS
A BMS system was commissioned and installed to control all the mechanical plant (AC, ventilation, trench heating and domestic services).

Scope included the design, supply and installation of a trench heating system to the perimeter windows.
