About from company website

Pattress Systems Ltd was founded in 2022 by CEO Michael Burns, an industry professional with over 15 years of direct experience. Facing the new challenges posed by PAS 2035 regulations, Michael was inspired to create his patented pattress system, revolutionising the External Wall Insulation (EWI) industry. In 2025, managing director Christopher Burns joined, and M&C Plastics was born to address the lack of safe, long-lasting pipe fittings for builders.

Our patented pattress system is PAS 2035 compliant, manufactured from eco polycarbonate plastic and galvanised metal for durability and rust-free performance. It can be installed at any stage of an EWI project, ensuring fixtures like lights and cameras remain functional. This system solves practical issues such as dark courtyards and inoperable key safes, contributing to safer homes and potentially reducing electrician visits by half.

M&C Plastics offers strong, plastic pipe fittings designed for ease of installation, providing a safer and more cost-effective alternative to readily available metal fittings that are prone to rusting and difficult to install. We pride ourselves on flexibility and can collaborate on unique projects or one-off designs to meet specific client needs.
