Paradigm Reinstatements was founded on the basic principles of trust, with a mission to bring a fundamental change to the building reinstatement industry. Co-owners David Hunt and Colin Macdonald, a former police officer and insurance loss adjuster respectively, recognised the need for a new standard based on trust and expert knowledge. We set ourselves apart with a solid foundation of knowledge, expertise, and trust, managing your reinstatement from start to finish.

We only use qualified and experienced tradespeople who reflect our company ethos and invest in state-of-the-art technology such as infrared and borescope cameras, tracer gas, and gravimetric testing to ensure accuracy and high standards. Our goals are to reduce insurance indemnity spend and loss leakage through expert surveying and estimating, applying common sense and technology to make sensible decisions leading to best option recommendations. We aim to make the process as streamlined and cost effective as possible, avoiding unnecessary strip outs or expensive remedial solutions where simpler, effective alternatives exist.
