Today, Pacy & Wheatley is an employee-owned construction business based in Doncaster, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional construction projects to their clients. We have recently welcomed new customers such as Costa Coffee and KFC to our list of valued clients, and we look forward to undertaking more projects with them in the future.

Construction of New Post 16 facility and Science Block. The project comprised the design and construction of a new two-storey Post 16 Block, a new two-storey Science Block Extension and upgrade to the existing science block, alterations to existing training and conference centre, technology block, and post 16 area to form a new ICT Suite. Ancillary work included external services, drainage, roads, fences, car park and landscaping. A full commercial catering facility was also included.

New build nursing home accommodating up to 64 residents needing nursing, residential or specialist dementia care. The ground floor features two units with sensory gardens, an allotment, dining rooms and lounge areas, and a 'street scene' with a shop, hair and beauty salon, and a pub. The first and second floors provide residential or nursing care, with a large lounge, library, computer station, entertainment room, rooftop conservatory, and dining room. All bedrooms have full ensuite wet rooms, and there are two premier suites for couples or siblings.
