PBS Properties is managed by Mike Messenger, who worked for many years for one of the large, national construction companies, before establishing his own construction business and quickly building its reputation as one of Cheshire's best and most reliable. Our core employees are skilled and time-served joiners, giving us expertise across a range of construction techniques. For other trades, we engage carefully-selected sub-contractors with whom we have extensive experience of working, and who share our care, pride and passion for attention to detail and for maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.

We offer guidance on choosing an architect, advising on planning permission/building regulations, providing a free quote with a breakdown of costs and build schedule, advising on the detail of layout, fixtures and fittings, holding regular meetings to discuss progress and plan ahead, and organising final building inspection and certification.
