A decorative high build epoxy resin coating to a warehouse office floor protects the concrete from everyday wear and tear and chemical spills. A high build slip resistant epoxy coating with walkway and line marking was applied to a large factory showroom. We specialise in structural waterproofing, epoxy resin applications, concrete repairs and cemetitious screeds. Over time concrete can degrade, there's a number of reasons for this like impact damage, corrosion from the weather or just poor workmanship. Whatever the reason the defect concrete needs to be removed and replaced. We feel the most effective way to replace the concrete is by hand appliying fibre modified mortars, although there are other options such as sprayed repairs/guniting or porable repairs. When the concrete is fully restored it is advisable to apply an anti-carbonation coating this not only prolongs the life of the concrete but also gives it a decorative finish.

We cover the entire Doncaster and Yorkshire region. A self leveling cementitious pump screed, when applied correctly is a great way to upgrade an existing floor slab. There are different grades of screed for different requirements we even pump hard wearing screeds suitable for warehouse or factory floors with heavy forklift truck traffic. P&G Specialist Contracts are also able to undertake hand applied polymer modified screeds. The main system we use for Structural Waterproofing is the Sika 1 System this is a tried and tested method that has been successful for many years. The Sika 1 system requires the walls and floors to be mechanically prepared usually be bush hammering or shot blasting.

When correctly prepared modified mortars are applied in layers to walls and floors by trowel to form a waterproof barrier. Resin injection can also be an effective way of sealing leaks. We achieve this by injecting special resins that react with water and expand in the wall cavity or crack and form the waterproof seal.
