Ore Valley Heating Ltd

Ore Valley Housing Association (OVHA) is a Registered Social Landlord based in Cardenden, Fife, managing approximately 750 properties. Their primary goal is to offer high-quality, affordable homes for rent while actively engaging in various projects to support the communities they serve. OVHA's vision is for everyone to have the opportunity to lead healthy, fulfilling lives, driven by a mission to provide good homes and support communities.

Through its subsidiary, Ore Valley Enterprises Ltd (OVE), the group manages mid-market rent properties across Fife. Ore Valley Community Initiatives (OVCI) oversees the Lochgelly Miners' Institute and the Ore Valley Business Centre. Furthermore, Cardenden Heat and Power (CHAP), comprising Ore Valley Energy Ltd and Ore Valley Heating Ltd, manages a wind turbine and funded boiler replacements for OVHA, demonstrating a commitment to energy and sustainability.

The association is also focused on promoting cleaner travel, with an all-electric fleet and a network of public EV charging points in central Fife. They have been recognised for their 'Leading Electric Fleet' in the Real Estate Sector. OVHA aims to expand this network and integrate EV charging into future developments, aligning with national and local policies.
