Onsite Developments Design & Construction Ltd is a fast-growing construction, design and development business with a capacity to manage multiple projects throughout Greater London, the M25 corridor, and surrounding home counties. With 25 years of experience, we handle every process from planning to execution with meticulous care, ensuring the highest possible specifications are met.

Our expertise spans both small and large building and refurbishment projects. We pride ourselves on strong client relationships, offering direct access to the team six days a week. Raymonde Wilson, who trained as a plumbing and heating engineer, founded the company in 2001 and established Onsite Developments Design & Construction Limited in 2007.

Since then, we have focused on delivering medium to large refurbishment commercial and housing schemes, small new build projects, and developing new homes for both housing associations and for open market sale. We are actively acquiring sites for housing across the south-east, with a vision to develop homes for the private and affordable housing sectors. Our integrated 'one-stop shop' solution means we possess all the necessary technical skills in-house to appraise sites quickly and identify opportunities for adding value, even on challenging sites.

Our approach involves identifying suitable properties and sites, securing planning consent, working with Housing Associations, purchasing sites for resale, acting as developers for open market sale, and refurbishing existing buildings, with a primary focus on new build developments.
