Omniform builds architecture-led homes across London, for the practices that design them and the clients who live in them. Founded in 2009 by Andrew Green and Eduart Kola, the company brings construction, engineering, and architectural experience to every project, underpinned by respect, integrity, and understanding. The architect's intent is paramount, with a focus on buildability and transparent communication regarding any unforeseen issues.

At the core of Omniform is its team of project managers and craftspeople, selected for skill and commitment, alongside a settled group of specialist subcontractors. The company directly employs the majority of its skilled labour, which is reflected in the quality of the finished work. They specialise in whole-house refurbishments of period and modern homes, extensions and structural work including mansards and steel frames, new basements from excavation to waterproofed structure, and complete new-build homes.

Omniform offers a comprehensive service from pre-construction planning, including honest cost planning and sequencing, to a single point of contact from tender to handover. They also provide Omniform Aftercare, a planned maintenance service for high-specification homes, ensuring continued quality and support for the first year from handover.
