Offsite Bases was established to accelerate and green the construction of new build houses and extensions. Our founders, with backgrounds in Structural Engineering and Information Technology, have developed an innovative foundation system that offers a faster, greener, and more cost-efficient alternative to traditional concrete foundations. This system is particularly well-suited for Modern Methods of Construction, volumetric construction, and SIP-based house systems.

Our foundation solution involves the rapid installation of Helical Piles and steel Ring Beams, which can be completed in as little as two days, eliminating the need for extensive groundworks and concrete curing. This approach significantly reduces project timelines, minimizes site disruption, and lowers the number of groundworkers required. The system is designed to be tree-friendly, drain-safe, and adaptable to challenging soil conditions and restricted access sites, making it a versatile choice for various construction challenges.

All our foundation components are designed by qualified Structural Engineers and are covered by £5M Professional Indemnity insurance. We provide comprehensive documentation, including structural calculations and installation reports, ensuring a reliable and robust foundation for your project.
