The OEG Topside Division deploys up to 100 technicians to windfarms across the UK, Europe and beyond. Attending any training course at our OEG Training Centre affords you the opportunity of access to the operations network of experienced project managers and technicians, whether direct or remotely, to answer your questions and provide information on a career in the wind industry. We offer a range of wind energy industry certified training courses, designed to help individuals and teams build the skills, knowledge, and qualifications needed to work safely and confidently in the sector.
We also support service leavers and veterans transitioning into the wind energy sector through pathways like CTP funding and ELCAS funding.
