Oaklea Builders are an established professional local company, working within the counties of Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex, solely for residential clients. We offer a full service, encompassing architectural design and planning, through to the execution of building works. If you have existing plans or are working with an architect, we can collaborate to provide estimates and planning.

Our mission is to ensure the building process, regardless of scale, runs smoothly and within budget, with minimal disruption. We engage with clients at every stage to help their property reach its full potential. We pride ourselves on providing detailed, no-obligation quotations and a preliminary project program, covering all aspects of the project for accurate budgeting.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and Trustmark scheme, providing peace of mind and an insurance-backed guarantee through the Masterbond Scheme. All work is carried out to current HSE standards, and we are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier. Our qualified and experienced team is supervised by a site Foreman, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

Upon handover, systems are explained, and a project manual with all warranties and certificates is provided.
