Building Fire Safety Remediation Limited (BFSR) was incorporated in February 2020 with the specific purpose of remediating Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) and Non-ACM cladding on tall residential buildings, following the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The company aims to assist building owners, asset managers, freeholders, management companies, and leaseholders who may have limited experience in the construction industry, guiding them through all building safety requirements. BFSR's executive directors bring over 65 years of combined experience in property development and construction, covering the entire process from concept to completion.

This extensive background allows them to undertake all aspects of remediation for both high-rise (above 18m) and low-rise (11-18m) private, social, student, and mixed-use residential buildings. They recognised the need for a comprehensive, end-to-end service to ensure developments are remediated quickly, safely, and to the latest technical and quality standards. The company offers a multi-disciplined consultancy and principal contractor service, leveraging their expertise in constructing buildings from conception to completion, now applied to all building safety remediation projects.
