Frank and his building team were asked to create a new loft as well as opening up the downstairs living space. They were detailed, hard working and very thorough in all their work and polite and courteous throughout the project. It took longer than expected but the end result is fantastic.
Vicarage Lane
Frank has delivered a project that fully met the brief in renovating our Victorian terrace home. From the original discussions through the various stages of drawings, the planning process, build and all the challenges that came our way Frank has been receptive and responsive to questions and requests. We wanted to bring the outside in and the architecture has absolutely delivered that, we now have a light filled space that showcases the garden from our rear of the property kitchen. The loft conversion also offers great light and views out over the surrounding hills and fields as well as the extra space and rooms we needed. Agim lead the build and he and his team were great to work with, always seeking to provide the best solution and quality of finish possible.
