Dorset countryside
This beautiful arts and crafts house nestled in the Dorset countryside was in need of some modernisation and alteration to make use of all the buildings on the site. Full renovation of every part of the site including new energy-efficient heating systems, naturally filtered pool refurbishment, adjoining pool house with changing rooms and outdoor kitchen and finally a modern extension to the cottage annexe with cinema room and yoga space.
A build where the stonemasons' work is commented on by all who visit and they even included stone from the client's garden. The Carpenters achieved an amazing feat building the solid oak frame on site from scratch and added many wonderful additions to enhance the uniqueness and timeless sense of the build.
