So successful was this concept that Anthony and Jonathan Quin were established as Directors which provided Professional Skills from Building Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. From years of growth, the focus is now on leveraging the combined experience of the family team to acquire, develop and create a sustainable long term income stream and in doing so provide a level of affordable rented accommodation to the Shropshire community. Norman Quin Developments commits to renting properties under the rental market value to provide more affordable quality accommodation and long term tenants, establishing a community feel.
