Bespoke residential accommodation units comprising twenty-four 2-bedroom apartments and twelve 3-bedroom apartments, built and designed to be fully furnished. Apartments are paired within an accommodation block and grouped in 3-storey modules. Balconies assist with solar shading and emergency escape, whilst an open roof structure creates free air flow to carry heat away from the upper storey of the accommodation. Each unit is orientated to the contours of the site and features a landscaped parking area, where each apartment has a single parking space dedicated to it.
