Marlow
A 4,000 square foot, one-and-a-half story modern smart home, featuring a luxurious grand hall with a stunning feature staircase. This fully automated home is equipped with an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, a state-of-the-art cinema room, a full AV system, and is being finished with comprehensive landscaping design to the front and rear, including a new garden room. Project commenced in February 2024.
Wingrave
Redevelopment of two facilities in a two-phase project. Phase one, started in 2024, involved the demolition of a 1950s sports pavilion and its replacement with a modern timber frame building that includes new changing rooms, showering facilities, and a common social space. Phase two, due to commence in 2025, will replace the local village bowls club with the same timber frame construction techniques.

Cookham
A substantial extension and refurbishment, nearly doubling the house size and introducing a comprehensive landscaping package. The project showcases intricate ornate panelling throughout, and the restoration of original oak with sandblasting. Large glazing sections and the transformation of small rooms into spacious areas bring a modern touch, while maintaining high attention to detail. This exceptional work earned the prestigious Cookham Design.
Knotty Green
Two distinctive extensions on either side of the property. One extension, clad in traditional oak, housed the client's office and was partially dug into the ground. The other extension, a modern boot room, featured thin vertical larch boards painted black with a sleek zinc roof. Carried out in two phases from 2020 to 2021, the project beautifully blended traditional and modern aesthetics with meticulous attention to detail.
Beaconsfield
A large two-story property project completed in 2012. The existing roof trusses were removed and replaced with a steel cage and a hand-cut roof, forming a large crown roof that housed multiple bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Sound proofing was added to prevent noise transfer. The property was then completely refurbished and upgraded inside and out.
Beaconsfield
Completed in 2023, this project underwent a truss roof loft conversion with an internal steel frame supporting a new crown roof. Roof lights and large gable windows, along with glass floors, flooded the home with natural light. The property was fully refurbished, featuring upgraded bathrooms, a new staircase, a modern kitchen, and open-plan family living areas. The double garage was transformed into a high-end cinema room.
Chalfont St Giles
Completed in 2021, this was the first new build project, replacing a dilapidated cottage with a stunning neo-Georgian style home. This elegant four-bedroom property features a rendered facade, classical details, and a mix of timber sash windows and aluminum casements. Inside, a handcrafted curved staircase, open-plan living spaces, and extensive landscaping, including a rear patio, new driveway, and front retaining walls, complete this luxurious transformation.
Berkhamsted
A 1960s home underwent a modern renovation and enlargement, completed in 2024. The project began with installing retaining walls to create an elevated driveway and extend the rear garden terrace. A part two-story extension at the back of the property featured a smooth rendered finish, unique vertical brickwork cladding, a canopy overhang, and large roof windows. Inside, the property was renovated with an open-plan layout reflecting the client's modern retro taste. The renovation also included a garage conversion and the addition of two new bathrooms.
