Originally offices and a large car park, New Key Developments were involved at the early planning stages of this project and carried out the full construction of this contemporary gated complex. An exclusive residential block comprising of four newly constructed and two converted apartments. Spaced over three levels with a private undercroft car park.

New Build Coach House. From a brownfield site to a new two-bedroom coach house with undercroft car parking. New Key Developments carried out this build with traditional construction methods and created a bespoke home in this historic Oxfordshire town.

13 Residential New Build Apartments. Our client was a family run transport company who we helped repurpose their commercial coach yard into residential apartments, built for the London rental market. The 13 new build apartments and ground floor office unit were formed over 4 levels from a concrete frame, brick façade and integrated the use of modern air source heat pump technology.
