While initially focused on cavity wall and loft insulation, they have significantly expanded their capabilities to include solid wall insulation (both internal and external), ground/air source heat pumps, solar heating systems, solar photovoltaic systems, and electric vehicle charging points. Employing over 100 people and utilizing a nationwide network of high-quality subcontractors, they maintain a strong operational capacity. With a commitment to quality and ongoing training, Network Energy operates from new premises in Bathgate, which includes a dedicated training academy.

The company is an approved PAS 2030 installer and assessor for insulation ECO and Green Deal initiatives, and their Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Systems are approved by Achilles.
