National Select Services Ltd was established in Romford, Essex with a single mission: to raise the standard of construction installation and property development across the United Kingdom. From high-performance building envelopes to complete residential and commercial developments, our teams work alongside leading developers, architects and main contractors, integrating seamlessly into every stage of the build.

We handle core activities engineered end-to-end, with every discipline handled in-house by certified specialists who care about lasting quality. Our services encompass structural installation, including steel framing, modular assembly and load-bearing systems; MEP & Fit-Out, covering mechanical, electrical and plumbing integration alongside complete commercial interior fit-outs; and Façade & Glazing, for curtain walls, cladding and glazed envelope systems. We also offer end-to-end property development for residential and commercial schemes, from site appraisal to handover.
