NANDCO was founded in 2020 as a pipework manufacture and installation company. We specialise in the on site fabrication, installation and modification of Saint Gobain manufactured Ductile Iron pipework servicing all of the UK. With our experience in the installation of ductile iron pipework we can assist in all aspects of your pipework installation projects no matter the size.

We carry out all cutting of ductile iron pipes for various applications, such as diverting, re-routing flows and the installation of valves. We have the capability of cold cutting/spark free for Atex rated atmospheres as well as in situ cutting of partially buried pipe. Specialist welding is what NANDCO is known for; we have always strived to develop and qualify weld procedures for materials and applications others avoid.

All welding is carried out by Coded Welders and under an approved weld procedure which has undergone extensive non destructive testing. There is often the requirement for installation of threaded bushes for dosing or sampling. We supply and weld on the bushes, perform the break in tap in situ ensuring a quick and simple process for the client.

Beyond simple threaded bushes, we carry out larger hot tapping work where needed. This saves a significant amount of time and more importantly, cost, as hot tapping into pipework ensures the system can remain pressurised, live and fully in service during the process. We also undertake all aspects of general fabrication, from one-offs to mass-produced items, including structural steelwork fabrication manufacturing custom gantries, walkways, stairs and platforms.
