About from company website

Nacropolis is a family business with over 80 years of combined experience, creating exceptional developments where people want to live, work, and relax. Partnering with top architects, designers, and builders, we deliver innovative, high-quality developments defined by meticulous attention to detail. Each project reflects our commitment to excellence and creating spaces that truly stand out.

Our Chairman, Manoj Pankhania, brings over 50 years of industry experience, having led Parkview Homes Group before co-founding Nacropolis with his son, Ravi, in 2003. Ravi's innovative vision and attention to detail have shaped Nacropolis' success over the past two decades, with his leadership driving our growth. As the business expanded, Manoj's younger son Amar joined the leadership team, bringing fresh perspectives and modern processes to continue their legacy.

Together, they've built a strong foundation, allowing Nacropolis to grow into a leader in residential, commercial, and hospitality development. We are actively seeking land opportunities in London, the Home Counties, the south coast, and regional cities. We will consider hotels, serviced apartments, vacant office buildings, industrial estates, public houses, petrol stations, car dealerships, and parcels of land, consented or unconsented.

Partner with us to create outstanding developments and maximise your property's value.
