Myreside Management is Edinburgh's most unique residential factoring company, originally formed from an owners' association. The company's unique and forward-thinking approach to property factoring has transformed the market place. Myreside never takes commission on buildings insurance, and their in-house cleaning, gardening, and maintenance team massively reduce costs, ensuring a superior clean and faster repair service. Most importantly, Myreside is committed to not only maintaining your building but improving it, actively encouraging developments to have their own association.

Founded in 2000 by Peter & Fiona Goddard, after witnessing the poor level of service offered by the factoring company responsible for their development, Mr Goddard rallied owners and formed an Owners' Association. Two years later, the AGM voted that Mr Goddard form his own management company to factor the development. Since that day, the aim and ethics of the company have always remained the same: to provide the sort of service the founding directors had demanded and expected from their then factors, and not let the company grow too fast and out of proportion. Myreside Management is a small, well-established, privately owned property management company, specialising in the factoring of flatted developments.

Mr Goddard and his fellow directors are all very much hands-on, and the uniformed team can always be seen around the sites they manage. The vans are all fully equipped with tools and cleaning equipment, and the company employs its own cleaning/gardening/maintenance staff. This not only ensures a high cleaning specification but also saves on needless call-outs to expensive contractors to, say, change a light bulb. Myreside Management is a proactive company, not just waiting for clients to report maintenance issues, but by our staff reporting issues on their weekly site visits.

Myreside Management also has its own unique Water Leak Protection System, designed by our MD Peter Goddard. It is insurance approved and protects over 250 properties in Edinburgh from escape of water damage, expense, stress, and insurance claims.
