Beaconsfield

A new build property comprising of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. 4 storey including basement with cinema room. Working closely with interior designers to achieve a bespoke finish for the clients. Involved in the AV on this project. Control 4 lighting/audio system was installed giving full control of all lighting, heating and audio. A home cinema was designed and installed in the basement, all controlled via the control 4 system. Fire alarm, access control, cctv, networking and security were also installed. This was a very high end bespoke project, working with many different trades.

Cobham RFC

Cobham Curve. Single storey extension with roof terrace incorporating new bar and lounge area. A restructure and extension to incorporate a bar and lounge on the ground floor with roof terrace to watch the game. New reception/office and a refurbishment of the toilets. Following designs we installed a very trendy new bar area for Cobham RFC for their players, families and staff to enjoy, enabling the club to move forward with their facilities

Barn Conversion Henley

Henley

Barn conversion dating as far back as 16th century. This Grade 2 listed building threw up many challenges, with the original frame and timber work staying in place. Exposed beams in the walls and cielings meant that cable routes had to be well thought out! New complete installation of lighting, power and heating control along with Smart Home Loxone control have made this derelict farm building a magnificent modern living family home. Fully automated Loxone controlled lighting in the main living area gives a relaxed atmosphere with mood lighting focused on the exposed beams and colour changing LED tape lighting up the roof around the perimeter. Loxone Heating/Hot Water control in the whole building. Loxone alarm system and Loxone music server give the property full security and quality sound through wall speakers controlled via the Loxone app or touch switches of choice. The use of the Loxone Touch Surface is a really nice touch in this installation. Installed under the kitchen island work surface this invisible switch gives control over lighting, music and sky lights. This project was great for the experience of doing something different. We had to work extremely close with the owner/builder as this was ours to design and install and the construction was continually changing. A very bespoke build!

Loxone Installation Binfield

Lighting and heating installation. Lighting and heating was already installed in the property so the project was to retrofit Loxone hardware into the existing system. With Loxone Air products we were able to utilise the existing wiring and enable full control of the lighting and electric Underfloor Heating on the ground floor. Controlled remotely through the Loxone app (home or away) or manually through Loxone touch switches. Lighting and heating is also controlled via motion sensors so lighting and heating can be activated if presence is detected and deactivated after a specified time when not. Saving on energy consumption. The Loxone Smart Home Automation system has infinite expandability and can be expanded as little or as much as you want. A Loxone Smart Socket was requested for Christmas lights..... Nice touch!
