East Kilbride Warehousing and Blending Project
East Kilbride
Distell International engaged Muir Construction in early 2019 on a negotiated contract to undertake their £17.5M East Kilbride Warehousing and Blending Project and work on site commenced in May of that year. Despite a number of challenges with ground conditions, adverse weather and programme interruption during Covid-19 lockdowns and associated ongoing health & safety restrictions, the completed facility was successfully handed over within the original 70 week programme duration in December 2020, on budget and with zero accidents.
