Bull Bay Hotel

This project involved the demolition of the former Bull Bay Hotel and construction of a new apartment as well as three new individual dwellings within the site. The roles of this consisted of drainage strategy, phase 1 and 1 of geo-environmental investigations, transport assessment, hydraulic modelling of the proposed drainages networks and 3D modelling of the proposed site levels, and drainage systems. We also produced the design drawings for the project, obtaining SAB and section 104 approvals, liaising with the SAB, DCWW the design team and client. This project is currently on site being constructed.

Bryn Brochon, Talwrn

The project involved the construction of six private dwellings on a greenfield site. The roles on this project were producing the design drawings, obtaining SAB, section 38/278, and section 104 approvals. We also were involved with the drainage systems, 3D modelling of the proposed site levels and liaising with the SAB, DCWW and local highway authority. This project is currently on site being constructed.

Bryn Tawel, Brynsiencyn

The project involved the construction of twelve residential properties located on a greenfield site. The roles for this project included producing the design drawings, obtaining SAB, section 38, and section 104 approvals, liaising with SAB, DCWW, highways and the design team and client. We were heavily involved with undertaking the drainage strategy, phase 1 and 2 geo-environmental investigations. This project is currently on site being constructed.

Minffordd Road, Caergeiliog

This project involved the construction of seventeen residential properties located on a greenfield site. The roles undertaken in this was the drainage strategy, phase 1 and 2 geo0environmental investigations, transport assessment hydraulic modelling of the proper drainage networks and 3D modelling of the proper site levels and drainage systems. Liaising with the SAB, DCWW, highways and the design team and client. This project is currently in for planning approval, and design is commencing to obtain legal agreements.
