This modular unit is then craned into place in a single day, offering a significantly faster and less disruptive alternative to traditional loft conversions.

We handle all aspects of the project, from architectural drawings and planning permissions to structural calculations and final construction, ensuring a seamless process with a single point of contact and a fixed price. Our process is designed for efficiency and quality. Most of the construction work occurs off-site in our controlled factory environment, allowing for millimetre accuracy and the ability for clients to visit and inspect their new rooms before installation.

Once the modular floor is craned into place, the fit-out is completed on-site, resulting in a weathertight space ready for finishing. This method minimises on-site disruption, eliminates the need for clients to move out, and ensures programme certainty. We have successfully transformed over 355 homes since 2015, delivering a 100% completion rate and a 10-year guarantee on every project.
